Meeting planner for time zones

Choose the cities of everyone in the meeting, then drag any scale. The green band on each city is its working day, 9 AM to 6 PM — stop where the bands meet the red line and you have your time.

How to find a meeting time across time zones

  1. Add the city of each person. Your own time is always the first scale.
  2. Drag any scale left or right. Every city moves with it, so you are looking at one moment everywhere.
  3. Stop where the green working-hours bands of all cities are under the red line. If they never meet, pick the hour where nobody is in the dark part of the day.
  4. Press Share to send the same set of cities to the others.

The scales use the real time-zone rules, including the weeks in spring and autumn when one country has changed its clocks and another has not, and zones that are not a whole hour apart.
